Ross Gooding, MBA,  President and Founder of Resilient Leader Group.  Ross is a seasoned business leader, and founder and President of Financial Advocates Investment Management, a successful investment and planning firm.  He is a father of two incredible young adults Katherine and Andrew and follows their pursuits throughout the Northwest.  When not working Ross interests include fitness, nutrition, wing-foiling and mountain biking.

​Tim Keller, Advisory member of Resilient Leader Group.  Tim is an experienced business executive with a diverse work experience across the automotive industry, supervising large complexes, 100s of employees and broad responsibility.  Tim and his wife and 3 kids live in Bellevue and enjoy swimming, hiking and other family activities.
